Data Analytics Specialist

API Integration/Reporting: - Development of Python-based existing API integrations from third party sources ie. point-of-sales system, accounting software, Google Analytics - Maintain all integrations and applications such as extracting data from the point-of-sales system to data visualization, ensure that integrations are error-free - Preparing of data sources for Tableau and Google Sheets for business analysis - Proactively and regularly prepare reports for executives to oversee business operations Management of data: - Own, operate and maintain all databases/datasets required by the business - Design, create, and maintain the databases/datasets if required, using SQL - Perform data cleaning to ensure that information always matches the correct fields and to find information more efficiently. Data analysis - Proactively interact with colleagues, and contribute to discussions about improving business efficiencies - deliver reports that outline the business’ inefficiencies, inaccuracies, and other issues and develop business solutions and market-oriented conclusions.
