Wash, peel and cut fruits @ vegetables into uniform size Keep and monitor the condition of equipment/apparatus such as knives, cleavers, meat saws, grinder, slicer, blender etc. Keep and place raw materials for the food preparation such as rice, pasta, meat, chicken, seafood, vegetables, spices, herbs, paste etc. Sweep, mop and wash the kitchen area and equipment such as utensils, apparatus, floor, wall, stove, drainage system etc. Collect and throw domestic waste from the kitchen area such as food waste, unused recyclable item, biodegradable waste, bottles, plastic etc. Follow all standard acts, rules and regulation related to kitchen
