Hag Store Sdn. Bhd. is hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Preferable to have at least 2 years and above working experience in a related field. - Possesses LCCI Level 3 Certification. - Education background in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. - Fresh graduates with LCCI Level 3 certificates are welcome to apply. - Proficient in Auto-count accounting software and Microsoft Office. - Proficient in writing and speaking in English. - Multilingualism is preferred. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Reconcile financial statements and transactions. - Assists and supports budgeting and financial reporting activities. - Assists and supports during the audit and tax filing process. - Assists with general administrative tasks as needed. - Monitor Debtor Accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. - Develop and maintain a filing system for financial and administrative documents.
