PROCESS ENGINEER

Main responsibilities: The Process & Maintenance Engineer is responsible of the production processes, equipment, machinery, and update all the technical documents such as WI and ERP databases according to the Company organization. As a technical engineer, he also carries out the production planning. He is also in charge of the maintenance Team and the production equipment from starting, maintaining, and repairing the machines to produce and meet customer expectations. Scope of responsibilities: - Implement the production tools such as equipment, machinery, and validate the start of production for the new equipment. - Write comprehensive working instruction (SOP) for the production operation for any new product and process. - Master the technical data base (Sylob) and ensure its update as per the functioning of the Company. He creates WIP code, verify production cycle time and calculate product cost. - Propose for new investments to respond to new product launching or productivity and set them up in operation according to the agreed qualification plan and schedule. - Propose the production planning and report in case of deviation to respect deliveries of customer orders. - Establish the Company lay out for production. - Collaborate to the launching of new products including: > The study of production cycle time > The design of specific tools to ease the process, increase productivity and ensure quality - Participate in the implementation of the new ERP (Sylob) system, train the production staff and is responsible of the production cost. - Work closely with production and project teams to keep production working instruction up to date. - Contribute to the implementation of Kaizen, lead the Kaizen Teams under his responsibility. - Set autonomous and preventive maintenance plans and monitor their effectiveness. - Supervise the maintenance team, train new staff and existing staff on new processes - Responsible for the Environmental aspect, local requirement related to maintenance, machine and human behavior (operating documents & training) - Perform any other activity for the Company in connection with his function - Report to the General Manager
