Key Responsibilities: 1) Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels. Update and track stock levels in inventory management systems. Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain inventory reports for review by management. 2) Order Processing: Assist in processing incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed. Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. 3) Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Ensure all forms and records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required (e.g., order status, inventory reports, and delivery schedules). 4) Communication: Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments (sales, logistics, purchasing, etc.). Handle inquiries from customers or internal departments regarding product availability, shipping details, and order statuses. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues. 5) Data Entry: Enter relevant data into warehouse management systems (WMS) or other company platforms. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entries to avoid discrepancies in inventory records. 6) Health & Safety Support: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. 7) Other Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups. Support the warehouse manager with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for warehouse-related documents.
