General Description: This position will cover commercial sales role for central in Selangor and East Coast territory. A fully scientific one stop solution company to provide good quality assurance, good after sales service to our customer. Our sales team is a professional associate who brings in the opportunity, serve right our lead and provide solution to our customer. Our team now expanded fast, we commit to our customer hence we are looking for candidate suitable for the job description below. Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their request • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and troubleshoot issues • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal department. • Willing to travel up to 50% • Conduct training for colleagues and customers on product technical and application usage Requirements • Proven experience as an account manager or relevant role with working experience more than 3 years. • At least Bachelor’s in chemistry biomedical science, science or other related degree, disciplines. • Proficiency in English & Mandarin • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus, but not necessary • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations • Team work player, excellent communication skills
