Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: 1. Developing a good understanding of Japanese client companies, their industry, work culture and environment; 2. Assist in developing business with new Japanese clients and further enhancing existing relationships; 3. Conduct cold calls to identify and expand strong clients accounts to achieve sales targets; 4. Coordinating with Hiring Managers to identify their hiring needs; 5. Offering advice and negotiating with clients and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates; 6. Build long term and trusted relationship with new and existing clients; 7. Conduct research on home and host country regulations particularly regarding taxation, immigration, customs and coordinate all related activities to ensure smooth transition while in compliance with legal legislation. 8. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications; interviewing Japanese speaking applicants based on a set of qualifications. 9. Identify bottlenecks in recruitment process, develop action plan and solutions and report issues to top management. 10. Offer expert advice and proposals to clients through development of deep expertise and staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legislations; 11. Collaborate with other branches across Asia and clients to develop and deliver talent strategy and framework suited for clients; 12. Support succession planning for clients through managing succession planning cycle, maintaining succession talent list, administering talent deployment and tracking talent progress. Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. 2. Required language(s): Japanese & English 3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales or recruitment industry. 4. Strong communication, cheerful, independent and results-orientated. 5. Full-Time position(s) available.
