We are looking for TikTok Live Host & Content Creator to be responsible to create creative TikTok content, host live sessions and manage TikTok Shop operations to attract and engage audiences. In this role, you are required to ensure smooth execution of live hosting and shop management to maintain customer experience and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Live Hosting

  • Host TikTok Live sessions regularly to engage with the audience, promote products, and drive sales
  • Prepare scripts, product highlights, and interactive activities to ensure successful live sessions
  • Address audience questions and feedback in real-time to build a strong community and foster trust

2. TikTok Content Creator

  • Develop and produce engaging, trend-driven content that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and challenges changes to maximize content visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align TikTok content with broader campaign goals and brand strategies

3. TikTok Shop Management

  • Set up and manage the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing and inventory updates
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate product promotions and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost conversions through the TikTok Shop

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyse TikTok content and campaign performance using platform analytics tools
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and sales conversions
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve content strategies and campaign outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a TikTok content creator, live host, or similar role
  • Familiarity with TikTok shop analytics tools and reporting
  • Experience with various e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
