Sales Manager

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales goals and objectives. • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. • Prepare and deliver sales presentation and product demonstration to prospective customers. • Collaborate with teams, providing guidance, and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity. • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Pro-actively seek feedback to facilitate Improvements in sales, services, operations efficiency and customer’s satisfaction. • Assists in setting aggressive, achievable and motivating targets and associated incentive scheme programs for front-line staff. • To maintain public program / corporate clients account in terms of planning staff training based on their annual budget or HRDCorp fund.
