Location : Senai

Salary : Up to RM5000

Working Days: 5.5 days

Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee shipping and logistics activities for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, including documentation and customs clearance.
  • Monitor and track shipment schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
  • Prepare shipping reports and maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities.
  • Resolve shipping-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shipping Officer or in logistics management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements in Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
