Client Collaboration:
1. Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.
2. Interpret and translate customer requirements into design proposals.
Design Development:
1. Create design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
2. Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
3. Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the project vision and budget.
Project Management:
1. Develop project timelines and ensure designs are executed within deadlines.
2. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials and furniture are delivered and installed correctly.
3. Supervise on-site implementation of designs and resolve any issues that arise during construction or installation.
Budget Management:
1. Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
2. Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Trend and Regulation Awareness:
1. Stay updated on interior design trends, innovations, and sustainable practices.
2. Ensure designs comply with safety and building regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain detailed records of designs, revisions, and project progress.
2. Prepare and present reports or presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
