1. Handle full sets of accounting independently and perform month-end closing in a timely manner. 2. Reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Account Receivable, Account Payable, GL and other accounts 3. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system Autocount Software 4. Liaise with the Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all relevant matters 5. Monitoring debtors/creditors aging and ensuring all the payments are up to date and accurate 6. Taking and handling customers order. 7. Maintain and update basic and general accounting such as invoicing, billing, and data entry. 8. Assist in HR & Administration duties. 9. Performing other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors. Job Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Account or equivalent. * At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position * Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin * Working day : 5.5 day (Saturday alternate). * Can start work immediately. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and, Accounting software * Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
