Requirements - Available to join on January Intake - Must able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Above average) - Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient) - Must possess at least SPM and above - MBBS holder are welcome Responsibility - Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel - Obtain all necessary information - Checking the availability, arranging appointments and scheduling accordingly - Provide accurate information (medical-related) - Assist customers with essential guidance and accurate information Working timing - Monday to Sunday - 5 Working days (2 Off days) - 9 Working hours (including break time) - Rotational shift (in between 8am - 8pm) Salary Package - Base pay: RM3000.00 - RM3200.00 - KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month - Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month Benefits - Annual Increment (Performance based) - Annual Bonus (Performance based) - Performance allowance (up to RM500.00) - Perfect attendance allowance (RM100.00) - OT allowance (If applicable) - Shift allowance (If applicable) - Training and proper guidance will be provided Working Location - Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur) - Accessible by MRT & LRT Ampang Park Station (walk-in distance) Additional Benefits - Annual Leave (16 Days) - Medical and Hospitalisation Leave - EPF / SOCSO / PCB
