Salary: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000
Company Information
Our client, manufacturer of domestic appliances, is looking for Human Resources & Administrative Manager, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company. This role will ensure compliance with labor laws, enhance employee relations, and support the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, and will act as a key liaison between management and employees.
Job Description
Human Resources:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting performance standards and goals.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures and practices.
Administration:
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office services and supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee records and administrative documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work at Seelong, Senai, Johor - 5 days per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
