What you will do:

Manage a portfolio of existing and new projects from a E2E Delivery perspective - Working with the Product team as well as Business Stakeholders in delivering projects
- at the acceptable time, cost and quality.
- Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements.
- Setting and managing timelines for deliverables.
- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
- Managing a cross–disciplinary Scrum team.
- Facilitating and driving all Scrum Ceremonies.
- Be the Liaison between Product Manager, Scrum Team and Stakeholders
- Provide timely updates and reports on the progress and status of the project
- Driving Rapid Response resolution (Incident Ticket Management) under your portfolio
- Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.
- Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances.
- Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
- Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
- Ensuring the Delivery Discipline and Delivery KPI are met all the times (SLA, Timelines,
- Cost and Quality to Complete targets)
What you have/are/will be:

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferred but not - required. Equivalent practical experience is a reasonable substitute.
- Relevant Project Management experience
- Strong exposure to the Agile Software Development methodologies.
- (E.g: Scrum,Kanban, DevOps}
- Defines the vision for the project, sets priorities and ensures work is completed on
- time.
- Strong estimation and scoping skills
- Good in time management, prioritizing time critical tasks, delegating and follow up
- Good interpersonal communications skills
