In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Troubleshoot RF modules and analog circuit cards to component level & understanding BOMs, schematics, test procedures, troubleshooting guides, block diagrams, and theory of operation.
- Test and calibrate products using various software, hardware, and automated test equipment.
- Enhance daily on-time delivery (OTD) performance, reduce past due rates, and contribute to backlog reduction plans.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and company policies during repair operations.
- Assemble and disassemble complex mechanical assemblies using work instructions, fixtures, and tools.
- Provide technical feedback to Manufacturing and Design teams based on root cause analysis.
- Maintain the RMA repair station, infrastructure, tools, and equipment.
- Experience with RF test instruments like spectrum analyzers, power meters, and signal generators.
- Make RF measurements, including power, noise and distortion, and S-parameter measurements. Report repair data to R&D for product improvement.
- Test and calibrate products using various software, hardware, and automated test equipment.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification & working experience Debug experience and excellent problem solving techniques are essential
- Working experience in CCA manufacturing environment (e.g. SMT, Wave, etc)
- Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in Solder Acceptances Requirements - IPC 610
- Certified with component soldering technique/ skill set
- Medically fit to lift instrument/ chassis averagely 30 pounds
- Able to perform and deliver result under minimum level of supervision
