We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing our presence on various e-commerce marketplaces by handling daily operations, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales during campaign periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and chats on marketplace platforms.
- Update and manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels across all marketplaces.
- Upload and optimize new product listings with engaging descriptions and accurate details.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to address platform-specific requirements and participate in promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the in-house product manager to secure the best deals and promotions for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and product listing optimization.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing marketplace trends.
