Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in a successful installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of workers, ensuring safety compliance, adhering to project timelines and budgets as well as delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure all on-site activities comply with project plans and safety regulations.
• Perform checking and testing to ensure quality installations complying with relevant specifications and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate on-site activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare necessary reports and ensure on-time project completion.
• Identify, address and resolve any potential site issues e.g. quality issues, material wastage.
• Manage and lead a team of workers and/or subcontractors.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of site logistics including material usage, machineries movement, daily logs etc.
• Perform basic system setup, testing, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning.

Profile and Qualifications:

• Possess relevant experience in the solar PV and/or construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own car for works travelling purposes.
• Suruhanjaya Tenaga certified three phase wireman (PW4) is an added advantage.
• Possess relevant safety & health certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
