- -Generate innovative, well-researched, and visually appealing content for various digital channels, including, but not limited to the company's online stores, Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and TikTok, aligning with our business and marketing objectives. -Craft concise, impactful and engaging copy that captures the essence of our brand, conveys key messages, and encourages audience interaction. This includes creating captions, hashtags, short-form content, and all relevant copywriting styles. -Demonstrate the ability to translate content between English and Mandarin, ensuring the brand's message and tone remain consistent across the company's diverse regional audiences. -Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visual elements that complement your written content, including images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets. -Collaborate closely with media buyers to craft creative and captivating copy for digital media ads, including Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and Display Ads. -Develop and maintain your content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events. -Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Analyze performance data and adjust content strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement. -Incorporate SEO best practices into your content to enhance discoverability and reach on social platforms. -Understand how email marketing works and develop content that results in high open, read, and click rates from our potential and existing customer base.
- -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field -Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media content creation and management -Excellent creative writing skills in Mandarin and competent in English -Preferably with experience from online media platforms such as Viral Cham, Oh My News & etc. -Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making -Knowledge of SEO and online marketing trends is a plus -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Willing to work on Monday - Saturday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
