  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Director will lead and oversee all manufacturing operations division. This includes managing production, optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards, and meeting business goals. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in lean manufacturing, preferably within the glove industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Process Control, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of lean manufacturing experience, preferably in the glove industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and capable of managing a fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire manufacturing team to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and KPIs for optimal plant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and minimize waste.
  • Plan and execute new plant setups, locally and internationally.
  • Monitor budgets and business plans to meet financial goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across all key departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
