Seeking an HR Assistant to support a variety of HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations: new hire filing & documentation, vetting, accurate record keeping
- Onboarding: Coordinating new employee orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
- Off boarding: Conducts exit interviews (either in-person, via video, or through a questionnaire) to understand the reasons behind an employee’s departure.
- Process Medical Certificates (MC)
- Coordinate Employee Recognition
- Front desk responsibilities: manage visitor, calls, postage, packages processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Manage PPE supplies
- Address training inquiries
- Plan and organize internal events
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- Diploma in a related field required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
