Seeking an HR Assistant to support a variety of HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations: new hire filing & documentation, vetting, accurate record keeping
  • Onboarding: Coordinating new employee orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
  • Off boarding: Conducts exit interviews (either in-person, via video, or through a questionnaire) to understand the reasons behind an employee’s departure.
  • Process Medical Certificates (MC)
  • Coordinate Employee Recognition
  • Front desk responsibilities: manage visitor, calls, postage, packages processing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Manage PPE supplies
  • Address training inquiries
  • Plan and organize internal events
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Diploma in a related field required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
