Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent level;
- Proven experience working in the hospitality industry will be advantageous (welcome fresh graduates with Culinary or Hotel Management background to apply);
- Flexible and willing to work different schedule;
- Great team player with positive attitude;
- CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
Responsibility
- Greeting customers while offering excellent customer service, taking and presenting food orders, input orders into POS system, receiving payment, operating the cash register;
- To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
- Provide excellent customer services to ensure satisfaction and resolve any customer complaint;
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items, daily promotion as well as restaurant information;
- Monitoring food quality and ensure appealing plate presentation before serving;
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas;
- To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
- In compliance with the outlet safety, Health and Hygiene policies and procedures.
