- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import clearance and delivery
- Monitoring and updating customers on the status of their export/ import shipments
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service or import/export role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Well communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
