Office Management:Responsible for the daily operations of the office, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment. Document Handling:Assist in organizing and archiving documents, maintaining an orderly and complete document system.Special emphasis is placed on assisting with business-related documents, ensuring timely processing and proper filing. Human Resources Assistance:Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, and other HR-related tasks. Business Document Processing:Collaborate with the business team to assist in handling business-related documents,ensuring smooth processing and proper archiving of relevant materials.
