Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will join newly formed Account Management Team, which focuses on enhancing the merchant experience. This role involves managing key accounts (merchants with >500k GMV per month) with a primary objective of growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key merchants.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Organize QBRs to discuss performance metrics, gather feedback, and present growth strategies.
- Operational Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for resolving operational or technical issues.
- Growth Strategy Development: Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing relevant features, cross-selling, and creating tailored solutions.
- Customization: Work with internal teams to deliver customizations based on merchant needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Industry Experience: 3-7 years in fintech, payments, or tech companies.
- Account Management Expertise: Proven experience managing and growing large accounts.
- Problem Solver: Strong skills in resolving operational issues.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust with merchants.
Interview Process

- Stage 2: Case Study Review and Final Decision by the CEO.
- Case Study Timeline: Candidates will have 1 week to complete the case study.
- The case study will test critical thinking, problem-solving, and growth strategy development for key accounts.
