1. Compile and organize the employer's daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, including meetings, meetings, events, and important appointments.

1. Handle emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the employer, including filtering non-essential or urgent communications.

Travel Planning and Coordination

1. Arranging the employer's travel, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel schedules.

2. Manage travel requirements such as visas, passports, and travel insurance if necessary.

Document and File Management

1.Organize and store important documents, including contracts, reports, and legal documents.

2.Preparing materials and documents needed for important meetings or events, including compiling reports, presentation slides, or client files.

Daily Administrative Duties

1. Completing administrative tasks such as managing expenses, financial records, and bill payment management.

2. Making orders for office supplies, gifts, or personal items at the employer's request, as well as making sure all office needs are available.

Simple Financial Management

1. Manage and supervise the employer's personal and professional expenses, including the preparation of receipts, invoices, and small financial reports.

2.Manage the budget for small events, shopping or payments to vendors, if necessary.

Research and Information Provision

1. Conducting research on behalf of the employer about certain topics, such as potential investments, new clients, or important information before the meeting.

2.Preparing a summary of information or a report of research results to facilitate decisions or planning.

Coordination of Events and Meetings

1. Assist in planning personal or professional events, such as meetings, dinners, or family events.

2. Coordinate meeting details such as place, participants, meeting materials, and other logistical preparations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
