Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Manage and identify Unsecured Lending Products cross-sell opportunities via business and sales team, such as Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgage, Auto Loan etc.
  • Responsible for tracking sales performances on a timely basis (daily, weekly, monthly & by campaign period)
  • Responsible for handling email queries from the sales channels by providing solutions or redirect the issue or queries to the relevant team/business unit to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in sales management for all internal and external dealings
  • To ensure that personal loan training deck / mandatory documentations are updated and communicated and in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • On ad hoc basis to assist on any special tasks being assigned be it process or system related, tactical sales challenge development and execution, etc.
  • Conduct briefing and training for existing staff and new joiners.
  • Responsible to work with relevant internal stakeholders on sales strategies to meet business goals
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Hold weekly/monthly sales channels meeting to brief on current campaigns and drive the sales numbers
  • Support product development and acquisition, promotion and marketing initiatives and activities to achieve business objectives and goals
Education/Qualification
  • Graduate (Diploma and above)
Experience
  • Preferable 2-5 years’ experience in Banking / Financial Institution or any related job field.
  • Fresh graduates with high development potential to be considered; with banking & financial experience will be an added advantage.
Special Skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work well and adaptable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressureThorough understanding of banking products / operational processes will be an added advantage.
