Job Description & Responsibilities:
- To assist in generating quotation and comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process sun smoothly.
- To follow up with existing customers, including identification of customer’s requirements, acting as the contact window for customers, as well as the internal coordinator circulating customer’s issues around to respond to customer’s needs. \
- Responsible for order processing and delivery arrangement for customers to ensure that customer’s requests are well taken care of, achieving customer satisfaction.
- Order processing management, tracking and monitoring of order status and to ensure timely delivery schedule.
- To conduct daily reports such as delivery stocks report to Superior.
- To assist in ad hoc tasks that assigned by Superior.
