  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • To be able to work and communicate on DMS/VIDA/TIE/technical layout.
  • To perform diagnose/trouble shooting of vehicle and recommend correct parts replacement complying to principal standards for all vehicles.
  • Provide coaching to technicians on proper techniques in servicing, repairing and diagnosing.
  • Assist Service Advisor to explain on difficult technical enquiries raised by customer.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports via TIE for any difficult/resolved matters and liaise with principal for technical advice.
  • Assist Team Leader to test drive with Customer for Noise, Vibration Harness (NVH) when required.
  • Assist and Support Service Advisor for Reception at the Car (RATC).
  • Maximize technician productivity time y proper diagnosing/recommendations prior repair.
  • Liaise with VCM on parts/services approval.
  • Communicate, work closely with other departments ensuring best TEAM and work environment are achieved which will resulted to Excellent Customer Satisfaction and retention.
  • Carry out any other duties (if not specified above) as required by company / superior.
