  • Collaborate with internal teams, raising system issues and providing detailed feedback for troubleshooting and enhancement enhancing product functionality and user experience.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new sales strategies, tools, and company policies.
  • A Diploma / Degree major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations are preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in human resources, advertising, banking, or other industries with account management experience.
  • Proficient and comprehension in English and Mandarin language with strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to engage customers via voice calls and WhatsApp, with a strong focus on understanding and anticipating hiring needs for both current and future opportunities.
  • Skilled in managing end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, solution pitching, sending quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to both individual and team targets.
  • Proficient in handling all client interactions from start to finish, ensuring consistent and personalized client service throughout the sales cycle.
