Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating shipments from overseas for air & ocean covering 3 branches.
- Coordinates with Sales department on the quotation required by customers and to check the validity of quotation prior to any shipment being moved.
- To provide solutions to client on the best way to handle their shipments and to meet clients satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air & Ocean.
- To coordinate with Operations department to ensure clients shipments arrive and are delivered on time.
- To handle Cross Trade shipments in terms of invoicing and costing of job files.
- To ensure all emails of communication to clients and agents are replied daily and to not receive any reminders.
- To work with Operations department to ensure all SmartSheets are updated and information is correct at all times.
- Support the Sales Team in terms of quotation, SOP, customer relationship and any other matters related to sales support.
- To assist the Customer Service Manager in all task that is assigned.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in service.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communicative, Fast Learner, Goal Oriented, Listener, English Proficiency.
