JR69619 Program Manager - Procurement AI & Digital Transformation (Cost)As a GP COE Program Manager - Procurement AI & Digital Transformation (Cost), you will be driving the analytics, data and information gathering vital to achieve the strategic objectives. You will work with your team members and collaborators across Micron’s global sites, working collaboratively to lead profitability objectives and achieves future cost-down aspirations. You will collaborate with various collaborators and use your technical ability to drive GenAI related initiatives related to Should Cost-Modelling, Bid Analytics etc.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Process Transformation/Improvement
- Lead sophisticated, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement.
- Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.
- Collaborate with business collaborators to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for GenAI applications.
- Support GenAI project development and implementation. by conducting data analysis and research.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement GenAI models and solutions that meet business expectation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of GenAI projects, including requirements, and user manuals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that GenAI solutions meet business requirements and are adopted by end users.
- Supervise and evaluate GenAI solution performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about GenAI industry trends and new technologies to find opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Leading through influence
- Lead adoption with organisational change methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment.
- Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop positive relationships with collaborators to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.
- Engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients to promote the use of standard methodology, improve system utilization, and achieve continuous process improvement outcomes.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering/Statistics/Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years of experience or MS/MBA with 3 years of experience following degree.
- Proficient in project and program management methodologies and frameworks.
- 2-5 years of Cost / Pricing Experience required
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, and experience working on AI projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience and able to work with cross-functional teams and handling projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop benchmark Cost Control practices and assign appropriate actions to sustain benchmark results.
- Experience with APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with various frameworks and processes, such as Scrum/Agile.
- Experience with business application for procurement and supply chain like SAP, Ariba is preferred.
- Project Management Certification (e.g. by PMI) is added advantage.
- Relevant certification in Business Analytics, Programming languages
- Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions (For e.g. Co-pilot Studio) is a plus.
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry of the company is a plus.
