Assistant Architect

Minimum requirement

• Proficiency in building design and a strong passion for architecture.
• Experience in interacting with local authorities and a deep understanding of rules and regulations.
• Ability to independently create submission drawings and construction drawings.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision from superiors.
• Strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.

Qualities and Skills:

• Strong design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape rendering, Microsoft etc.).
• Attention to detail and precision in drawing production.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both team members and authorities.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptability to changes in project scope or design requirements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
