Department Marketing
Report to: Marketing Manager
・Plan, organize and manage marketing campaigns, events, festivals and promotional activities.
・Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for marketing negotiations and coordination.
・Oversee the design, development and production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures and other promotional contents.
・Create and manage engaging social media content and strategies to enhance brand presence.
・Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
・Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
・Support budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking for marketing projects.
・Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
・ Proven experience in marketing or related roles.
・ Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
・ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
・ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
・Proficient in social media management, digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
