Operations Manager
1. Operational Management:
· Oversee the daily operations of the confinement centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
· Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, local regulations, and best practices.
· Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
· Ensure that all resources (staff, equipment, supplies) are available and utilized efficiently to meet service delivery goals.
2. Client Service Excellence:
· Ensure the highest levels of service quality, providing clients with a luxury and personalized experience.
· Address client concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, wellness) to design and implement client-centric programs that enhance the overall experience.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the operational team to ensure they meet performance and service standards.
· Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities for staff members.
4. Facility & Resource Management:
· Ensure that all facilities, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained, clean, and operational at all times.
· Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to manage regular facility inspections and upkeep.
· Oversee inventory management for consumables and luxury items, ensuring adequate stock levels while avoiding excess.
5. Health & Safety Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, especially in areas related to confinement, wellness, and postnatal care.
· Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring the facility remains compliant with all relevant local laws.
· Oversee emergency procedures and staff training related to health and safety.
Education & Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the hospitality, healthcare, or luxury services industry.
· Experience in managing high-end luxury services or confinement centres is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on creating a memorable experience.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours:
10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Sunday)
Rest Day: 6 days per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
