Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR-related data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning for the university.
- Develop, maintain, and manage HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as recruitment, retention, performance, and workforce demographics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data in an understandable format for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices, especially in higher education or public sectors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
