Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data in an understandable format for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices, especially in higher education or public sectors.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
