The Swim Starter is a Singapore-based company in search of a reliable and trustworthy swimming coach to join our team. Our primary focus is ensuring the safety of children in the water, and we are dedicated to delivering top-quality, standardized training experiences. The responsibilities of a swimming coach entail assessing swimmers' techniques and skill levels, creating personalized swimming programs, instructing swimmers on different techniques and styles, and supervising training sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a swim coaching or teaching capacity. If NO Experience needed as we will provide training materials
- Clear background check to ensure suitability for working with children (NO Criminal records)
- Ability to work patiently with children of varying ages and skill levels, showing empathy and understanding towards their individual needs and learning pace.
- Effective communication skills to convey instructions and provide feedback to children and their parents/guardians.
- Good time management and punctual
- Fluent in English, Malaysia and Mandarin
- Portfolio of teaching swimming for kids would be a plus point
Location : Seri Siantan
Schedule : Saturday 7.30am to 6pm (Subject to Pool Operating Hours)
Sunday 7.30am to 6pm (Subject to Pool Operating Hours)
Benefits : Received training under the supervision of a certified coach from Singapore.

Pay : Based on students’ enrolment per month
