  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

4. Plan, monitor, and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

5. Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues related to assembly or manufacturing processes.

6. Ensure that all production activities meet quality standards and company guidelines.

Quality Control (QC):

7. Conduct quality assurance tests on electronic products to ensure reliability and compliance with specifications.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product defects or malfunctions.

9. Develop and maintain quality control documentation and procedures.

Customer Engagement:

10. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product development and technical queries.

11. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and guide future development.

12. Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction with delivered solutions.

Innovation and Market Research:

13. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in electronics and LED technology.

14. Propose innovative ideas to improve product performance, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness.

15. Analyze competitor products to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.

Documentation and Reporting:

16. Maintain detailed documentation of all product development processes, including design changes and testing results.

17. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management on development timelines, production efficiency, and customer feedback.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or project experience will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs) and circuits.

2. Familiarity with product design and development tools like AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or similar PCB design software.

3. Ability to troubleshoot and debug electronic systems using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.

4. Basic understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and testing methodologies.

5. Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and material sourcing is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address production or product issues effectively.

2. Excellent communication skills to engage with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.

3. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
