Protege Trainee - Technical Support Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on IT products and services
• Provide pre-sales support in the area of networking, understanding customer’s requirements and provide proposals accordingly
• Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations
• Assist on loading and unloading the stocks
• Ensure all stocks are delivered on time and in good conditions
• Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and tidy all the time
• To undertake any tasks as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Degree, unemployed or working part time basis
• Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
• Completed Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
• Experience in CCTV installation and configuration will be added advantage
• Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
• Proactive, team player and positive attitude
• Must possess own car and able to travel independently (primarily in Penang and Kedah)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
