JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Enforce and implement organizational quality assurance standards and certifications, including QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness), Halal, DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health), and KKM (Malaysian Ministry of Health) regulations. • Ensure all processes, practices, and documentation meet internal and external regulatory requirements. • Lead and conduct internal audits, compliance evaluations, and external audits for certification and regulatory adherence. • Coordinate and conduct internal audits, process evaluations, and external audits. • Identify and address compliance gaps with timely corrective actions to mitigate risks. • Collect, analyze, and report audit and compliance data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. • Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making and process optimization on matters relating to product quality assurance. • Review and enhance quality control and assurance processes to improve operational efficiency and maintain high compliance standards. • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation & records in alignment with organizational policies and external guidelines. • Foster a company-wide culture of quality and compliance by educating employees on relevant standards and best practices. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Food Science, Compliance, or a related discipline. • 1–3 years of progressive experience in retail, Food & Beverage (F&B), or risk-based auditing. • Candidates with prior experience in compliance, operational audits, or regulatory processes within the food or retail industry are highly encouraged to apply. • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, Halal certification standards, DOSH regulations, and KKM requirements. • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to support compliance and decision-making. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently when needed. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to educate and guide employees on compliance and quality standards. WORKING HOURS Mon – Thu (8am to 6pm) & Fri (8am – 5pm)
