Kitchen Helper (Immediate)

1. Kitchen Cleaning and Sanitation - Maintain highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces - Ensure all kitchen areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards - Properly dispose of waste and maintain organized waste management 2. Food Preparation Support - Assist Chef de Partie in basic food preparation tasks - Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and ingredients - Help in portioning and organizing ingredients - Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled - Assist in stock rotation and inventory management 3. Kitchen Equipment Maintenance - Clean and maintain kitchen equipment after use - Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs - Assist in basic equipment setup and breakdown - Help in organizing kitchen storage areas 4. General Kitchen Support - Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries - Support kitchen staff during peak preparation times - Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols - Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude - Be flexible and willing to perform various tasks as needed
