Responsibilities 1. Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication (via phone, e-mail, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting. 2. Resolve technical issues related to products and other related technologies. 3. To identify, understand, and recommend solutions for customer issues or questions using working knowledge of products and technologies. 4. Identify issues and log defects for software improvements. 5. Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs demand. 6. To support and undertake any other tasks as requested or assigned by the reporting officer. Requirements 1. Degree in GIS/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 5 years of working experience with IT and Networking field is an advantage. 3. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. 4. Possesses excellent written and oral English skill. 5. Willing to work shift hours. 6. Must be able to speak Italian & French
