Production Technician (Fieldman)

• Perform routine check and tracking on boiler, chemical tanks/drums, chemical pumps, valves and fittings are in good working conditions. • Providing site monitoring of critical parameters, services, and patrol throughout their shift in all matters in all sections in the plant, to ensure all equipment (e.g. pumps, heat exchangers, heat recovery steam generator) operate safely in optimal condition. • Demonstrating capability to conduct safety sharing and presentation. • To perform hazard analysis and line-up planning for pre-plant operating procedure. • Support Shift Leader and Production Engineer in maintaining smooth operation of the plant; include commissioning, start-up-shutdown (Turnaround), maintenance and modification works. • Tracking and reporting chemical inventory, and plant troubleshooting to Shift Leader and Production Engineer. • Support and implement the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and checklist. Requirements: • Possess Boilerman Grade 1 certificate. • Possess Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent. • At least 3 years experience in palm oil refineries, oilfield chemical operations, food industries, oleo chemical industries, manufacturing/ production operations or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply) • Display proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. • Familiar with DCS operation and Field operation such as pump/ compressor/ distillation/ cooling tower/ wastewater treatment is added advantage. • Having experience with P&ID, Process Flow Diagram, Electrical schematics, PLC schematics are added advantages.
