Finance Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, reporting, and analysis, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with investors and stakeholders. Responsibility: 1. Financial Strategy & Planning I. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals. II. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making. 2. Financial Reporting I. Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. II. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements 3. Investor Relations I. Prepare and present financial information to investors, shareholders, and potential stakeholders. II. Collaborate with the leadership team to craft investor presentations, quarterly updates, and annual reports. III. Address investor inquiries and ensure transparency in financial communications. 4. Risk Management I. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization’s assets. II. Monitor market trends and economic factors that may impact financial performance. 5. Team Leadership I. Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance. II. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. 6. Performance Monitoring I. Analyze financial performance against goals and benchmarks, providing actionable insights. II. Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: 1. This position requires proficiency in Mandarin to support our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners effectively. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3. Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on reporting and investor relations. 4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. 6. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to financial reporting. 7.
