KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform weekly stock replenishment for Retail and Ecommerce platform. Propose and implement inter store transfers and movement of stock to achieve optimal stock balances. Control goods in/out and record all stock movements accurately. Analysis for inventory control measures to ensure minimal stock holding while optimizing accuracy of stock system records and paperwork. Work closely with all departments in planning and maintaining optimum stock levels. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics team on goods inwards and dispatch to ensure all necessary functions are carried out seamlessly. Participate in the review and analysis of sales performance while contributing ideas to the development of inventory strategies and forecasts. Manage control measures to measure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved. Produce weekly and monthly closing report and sales report. Propose analysis on store category performance and propose changes to stock levels/ranges. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in business/ marketing or equivalent. At least 3 – 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup). Able to work in a fast pace working environment. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision. Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise. Capable to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills. Willing to travel locally or overseas when required.
