JOB DESCRIPTION I. Spare Part Inventory o Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, reordering, and usage tracking. o Ensure the availability of critical spare part to avoid equipment downtime. II. Documentation and Records Management o Maintain and organize engineering documentation, including blueprints, technical reports, and project files. o Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents. III. Administrative Support o Manage departmental communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling. o Order and track office and technical supplies for the engineering team. o Maintain records of expenses and assist in budget tracking for engineering projects. IV. Technical Assistance o Compile and analyze data for engineering reports. o Perform basic calculations and data entry to support technical requirements. V. Compliance and Quality Assurance o Ensure documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. o Support the team in conducting quality checks and ensuring all processes adhere to established protocols. Qualifications 1. Education o Diploma or certificate in logistic, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, or related fields. 2. Experience o At least 0–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse or similar. o Knowledge of inventory management systems software e.g.: SAP, Oracle and Excels. 3. Skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Strong organizational and multitasking skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Familiarity with engineering terminology and documentation (preferred).
