Finance Analyst

What you'll be doing: - Analyze financial data for the Company’s operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis. - Forecast and track financial performance across the regions. - Monitor and report on key financial metrics. - Assist in developing financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis. - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the regions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and support business decisions. - Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the regions. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. - Work proactively with the team lead/manager to identify, propose, and implement process improvements. - Plan and assess internal control systems, recommending necessary improvements. - Support regional projects by providing financial analysis and initiatives aimed at revenue growth and process optimization. - Participate in ad-hoc activities or special projects as needed. - Serve as the primary contact for the financial team at Headquarters. - Work closely with the local accounting manager. What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Knowledge of the markets in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. - Willingness to travel within the region as required. - Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
