Job Descriptions: - To monitor the sales performance of the store and to implement marketing strategies to attain sales targets. - To oversee the overall operations of the store. - To provide and execute operational improvement plans to increase the profitability of operations. - To provide support to other departments and on matters relating to marketing and promotional plans. - To attend to customer’s complaints and suggestions. - To review and formulate standard operating procedures and the Company’s control system, to minimize operating costs, to ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the store. - To train and motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance for future manpower needs and new store set-up/ expansion. - To oversee stock control and purchases of office equipment, stationery items and sundry items and to ensure the smooth handling of management documentation and courier services. - Responsible and general maintenance of all office furniture & equipment, to administer store general facilities and IT products/ systems. - To oversee general administrative affairs and to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store. - To handle day-to-day administrative-related matters, human resources planning, IT systems and general purchases. - To liaise and follow up with the various government bodies on the license application, legal cum contractual documentation, correspondences, the compliance with the government’s requirements and legislations. - Responsible for compliance with set procedures of cash handling by the Chief Cashier and Assistant Chief Cashier, including cash handling with cashiers and cash-in-transit (C.I.T.). - Able to mobilize from one branch to another. Job Requirements: - A diploma or secondary school certification (preferred). - 2 years of experience in retail operations is a must. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word) and inventory/order management systems. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication skills to interact with teams and customers effectively. - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Candidate must possess customer-centric element.
