Hiring for Mergers and Acquisition Analyst or Specialist (M&A Analyst/ Specialist) To be responsible for leading the corporate exercise of the company including evaluation of the business proposal for M&A, Private Equity participation, Listing exercise. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, commercial, and operations, to evaluate M&A opportunities identified by the company. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate financial, operational, and market-related factors. • Participate in the due diligence process by gathering relevant data and supporting the legal review of transactions, ensuring the accurate and timely collection of information. • Assist in financial analyses, including valuation, cash flow, liquidity assessments, and return analyses, through the development of detailed financial and operating models. • Assist in the seamless execution of transactions from initial evaluation to final deal closing. • Support post-merger integration processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful operational transitions. • Aid in the development of precedents, tools, and processes to improve transaction efficiency and streamline deal execution. • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and insights for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making. C)Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, PG Corporate Governance, or similar) is preferred. • 5-7 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar field. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior leadership. • Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. please share your updated CV to : [email protected]
