Responsibilities • Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. • Ensure production of good quality products. • Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products. • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. • Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time • Ability to read and follow recipes • Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils. • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior. Requirements • Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary arts. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays. • Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations.
